At Jenny Lynn’s Boutique, LLC, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a unique and beautiful product for our valued customers. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility:Jewelry under $10,000 can be returned for a refund or exchange. Items valued at $10,000 or more are only eligible for exchange, not a refund.

2. Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, including jewelry boxes and pouches. 

3. Exclusions: Personalized, custom, comssioned,  engraved, or altered items, as well as certain limited edition, One Off, and collaboration jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange.

 4. Process: Returns can be made via mail with a complimentary shipping label provided by Jenny Lynn’s Boutique, LLC.  Refunds for online purchases will be credited to the original payment method, while gift recipients can receive an exchange or non-refundable store credit.   

Return Process:

1.Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. If given, please provide your order number and reason for return. The item must be approved for return or exchange.

2.Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3.Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the original packaging, receipt, and the RAN provided by our customer service team.

4. Shipping: Jenny Lynn’s Boutique, LLC provides a complimentary trackable and insured shipping label for returns. This ensures your item is safely returned to us without any additional cost to you.

Refunds

•Refunds will not exceed $10,000. Items valued over $10,000 are only eligible for exchange, either for another handcrafted piece of equal value or a piece from our one-off collection. 

•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
•For purchases made in person with cash, a cashier’s check will be issued to the original purchaser.

•Once the return or exchange is agreed upon and excuted there will be no other exchanges or returns issued for that transaction. 

•Please note if there are shipping costs on your return they are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

•I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product or another piece, please contact Jenny Lynn at [email protected] or by using the contact link in this website.

Non-Returnable Items

•Custom and commission pieces (unless damaged or defective)
•Gift cards
•Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Stone Replacement

•In the unfortunate event that a stone is lost during normal wear of your jewelry, please contact me, Jenny Lynn, immediately to remedy the situation. Together, we will determine whether the stone can be replaced at no additional cost or if you will need to cover the replacement expenses.

•Should a stone be lost due to misuse, it can be replaced at the cost of resetting and acquiring a new stone. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.
