2. Product Information
2.1. All jewelry is handcrafted, and slight variations in design, color, or size may occur. These variations are a natural result of our craftsmanship process.
2.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
3. Order Process
3.1. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. 50% Deposit or Full payment must be made before any custom orders or commissions are initiated.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
3.3. Custom commissions are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the item is defective upon receipt.
3.4 Initial Consultations and renderings are free but are subject to change at our sole discretion. Additional consultations if needed by me will be a part of the cost of the custom jewelry. The customer is allowed 3- 4 consultations total and will be charged for any additional customer requested consultations. Consultations will be made by appointment and charged a $75 fee if not canceled within 24 hours of made appointment. Once the final mock up is made, there will be an additional cost to any modifications requested.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We ship domestically within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on location and selected shipping method.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
4.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any costs resulting from incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

5. Return and Refund Policy
5.1. We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

5.3. Custom or personalized items, including commissions, are non-refundable unless defective upon delivery.
5.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
